KING GEORGE'S HOPE.

London, September 19.
King Albert of Belgium has telegraphed an expression of his deepest admiration at the stubborn courage shown by the British in the battle of Marne. "God will surely help our army and avenge the atrocities on peaceful citizens and a country whose only crime is that she has refuged to be false to her engagements," ho added.
King George has telegraphed in reply that the heroic efforts of the Belgian armies are beyond ali praise. He added "I hope the combined efforts of the allies and Belgium will free your much-tried country of the invader."
