Rome, September 19.

Russia has completed the mobilisation of 6,000,000 men. Only 500,000 men are operating in East Prussia, and 500.000 in Galicia. The centre army of 900,000 is advancing upQn Posen. Another 2,000,000 are hurrying westward from Siberia, Turkestan, and the Caucasus. The rest are acting as a reserve.
