CITIZENS' CONTRIBUTIONS.
STEADILY ACCUMULATING.
A sum of £107 17s 9d was yesterday added to the Auckland Citizens' Patriotic Fund, making the total £47,948 4s 9d. Of this amount, the principal contribution came from the Hukerenui residents, who organised a successful social. Details of the amounts received yesterday are as follows: — i

A READY RESPONSE.
SUM. OF £412 SUBSCRIBED.
A ready response has been made by citizens to the fund opened by Mr. Robert Burns, Acting-Consul for Belgium, for the relieving of distress in Belgium. Yesterday's contributions amounted to £91 12s 7d, bringing the total to £412.

DISTRESS IN ONEHUNGA.
CONTRIBUTIONS TO FUND.
The town clerk of Onehunga acknowledged the following subscriptions towards the Onehunga Distress Fund : —A. Robb, £20; W. J. Brewin, £5; W. Wall, £3; S. Barr. £2 10s: J. L. Jones, £1 6s; B. Dillicar, J. B. Morton, and Sympathiser. £1 each ; convent children, 15s ; S. Barr's employees, first weekly contribution. 13s; J. Nelson. 10s. A plain and fancy-dress ball well be given in the Foresters' Theatre at Onehunga to-night by the Manukau Yacht and Motor-boat Club in aid of the fund.

Subscriptions in aid of the Patriotic Fund are still coming iru The total received to date for this and the Lady Liverpool Fund is £2175, which includes the amount subscribed by the up-river districts—from Thames to Hikutaia—and which have been sent through Thames. These amounts are as follows:—Hikutaia, £115 8s: Piiriri, £45 Is 7d ; and Turua, £20 2s 9d.
