Melbourne, September 16. Antonio Soko, an Italian, has been arrested on * charge o? murdering Patricia Bickctt, a young scflferi, teacher, who was waylaid and shot dead in Royal Park yesterday. The accused lodged with Bickett'r parents, and formed an affection for their daughter. The police found the acctlsed stowed away on the steamer about to leave Newcastle.
