SAWMILL BURNT DOWN.
FIRE NEAR UPPER HTJTT. [BY telegraph.— ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Tuesday. Baioent Bros.' sawmill at Akatarawa, near Upper Hutt, has been totally destroyed by fire. The mill and plant were worth about £1500, and about 20 m?n were employed. There was no insurance on the property.
