SERIOUS ACCIDENT.

Wellington, Sunday. A seniors accident bofel a young man named John Phillips yesterday afternoon. He was delivering meat, and was remounting his cart after serving a customer when he slipped to the ground. Before he could obtain control of the horse the. wheel of the cart passed over his head, breaking both jaws and indieting other injuries. Phillips, who is a single man, was removed to the hospital, and was reported to-day to be in a very low condition.
