London, August •/.'.*.
Wireless messages from Berlin state that the main German army is in the, t'ambrai district. It advanced for nine days, gaining a continuous victory, General Von Kiuck repulsed the British at Maubeuge, and later attacked the British south of Maubeuge, and succeeded in encircling them. Troops under General Yon Bulow and Von Hauren completely defeated eight French and Belgian army corps between the Sambre, Naimir and the Mouse, thus safeguarding the communications, which were hitherto left, as men were urgently required at the front. The Kaiser has ordered the mobilisation of the last reserve. They will be employed to protect communications and occupy Belgium, which will be used to supply the requirements of the army, thus relieving home resources. li < fT> I ! I r \
