New York, July 13. Mb?.. Vexsera Hayne, the divorced wife of a stockbroker, claims that her young son, Rudolph, is now heir to the Austrian throne, as'she is daughter of the late Crown" Prince Rudolph, and her son ia therefore his grandson.
