London, June 29. The Evening Standard says that there is reason to believe that the deported South African labour leaders will be allowed to return unhindered.
On the basis of this information it has been found unnecessary to send Mr. Ramsay Macdonald, M.P., with the Trades Congress memorial to the Botha Government.
