SECRETS SOLO TO RUSSIA. By Telegraph—Press Association— Berlin, June 28. The confession of Sergeant Pohl, recently arrested for espionage, shows that a. considerable portion of the plans for the fortifying of the frontier under the fifty million scheme are already in Russia's possession.
