FRANKTON BURGLARY.
ACQUTPTATi OP ACCUSED. ;[m TELEOBArn.— roanEsroVnm.] Hamilton, Friday. A miy named Daniel Morgan was charged At tho Police Court to-day with breaking and entering the Mutual Stores at Frankton on June 13. The police evidence showed that certain finger prints had been secured, but chey were too indefinite for identification, a sack having evidently been used to obliterate tbe marks. Other evidence was given as to Mor- , gan's movements on the night in question, but the Bench did not consider it oonvinc- , ing enough to commit the accuaed z who viae discharged.
