VACCINATION RECORD. SUCCESS TESTIFIED. ; By Telegraph Association Copyright. Melhoubnh, Juno 25. An official report shows that 89.5 of thoso who contracted smallpox had never been successfully vaccinated, while 5.4 were vaccinated successfully within tiio inciwa* tion period. A percentage of 6.1 fras vaccinated successfully prior to infection, but in no individual instance had successful vaccination been performed less than 13 years previously. It is, estimated that of more than half a million vaccinated in Sydney, not ono caught smallpox.
