ARRESTS IN GERMANY. PLANS AND PROJECTILES. By Telegraph— Association— (Received Juno 26, 12-5 a.m.) Berlin, June 25. A non-commissioned officer, Sergeant Pohl, has been arrested on a charge of selling the plans of the Koenigsberg fortresses to Russia. Dr. Blumenthal,,who has been arrested at Dresden, is believed to be connected with Pohl. i A? clerk and two workmen at a Rhenish ironworks factory, have been arrested at Dusseldorff on a charge of stealing; and selling grenade fuses to a foreign Power.
