THOUSANDS OF FOREIGNERS. Timej and Sydney Sun Services. London, June 6. Since the Aliens Act was ..passed there has been an almost continuous decline in tho volume-of immigration into Britain. The greatest influx is caused by mansions being converted into' private hotels and staffed mainly by foreign waiters. Many thousands of these waiters have come in and they form a menace to British employment. English waiters arc organising to meet'this competition, and the London County Council is establishing special classes to train men for this class of work.
