THOUSANDS OF FOREIGNERS. Timej and Sydney Sun Services. London, June 6. Since the Aliens Act was ..passed there has been an almost continuous decline in tho volume-of immigration into Britain. The greatest influx is caused by mansions being converted into' private hotels and staffed mainly by foreign waiters.
