The Income Tax Bill -provides that shipping companies carrying on business in the Union of South, Africa shall be assessed oh £5 in every £100 payable to the .company, whether payable inside or outside the Union, in respect, passengers, live stock, mails, arid' goods shipped in the Union. ■.-■ .
