ALLEGED ATTEMPTED SUICIDE. » [BT TKLECRAPn. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Wanoanui, Tuesday. A middle-aged man created a sensation in the bar of the Erns Hotel, Taihape, by taking out a pocket knife, and, it is alleged, attempting to cut his throat. A slight incision was made, but the knife was taken from him before he could do much damage. He was brought before the Court and remanded.
