Ngaruawahia regatta is the subject of a full page of snapshots which depict many of the events of this popular carnival. Three views of the last trial flight of the Scha-ef monoplane in Wellington are introduced. These illustrate the accident which crippled the machine two days prior to its entire destruction by fire. Mr. Scotland, the young New Zealand aviator is pictured flying over Christchurch on his Caudroit biplane. A series of prints dealing with the work of the boy scouts provides a striking illustration of the value of the instruction under which they are being disciplined.
