This company has been formed in Auckland for the purpose of building homes, either for cash a; on the instalment plan. The company has been capitalised at £250.000. and the first issue of 10,000 shares is being offered to the public at par. This company undertakes to do all the work in the procuring of a home, including the actual construction, and the shareholders receive dividends on the amount paid up on their shares. There are 31 cash prizes altogether, ranging from £5 to 2s 6d, offered for the best Limerick about Swift Polishes. The competition closes on the 31st inst.
