General Alatrista has been murdered by his men, who mutinied under the leadership of three lieutenants. Some officers, who escaped, at once mobilised a punitive force, and fought a pitched battle with and defeated the mutineers. All those captured were executed. Senors Pina and Bonilla, two officials in the late Madero Cabinet, have been arrested and charged with conspiracy against General Carranza. Other arrests are pending. MEXICO CITY LOAN.
