PRESENTATION OF PRIZES. [BY TELEGRAPH.OWN" CORRESPONDENTS.] Waibi, Saturday. The Bw\mming season at Waihi was officially closed last evening, when the Mayor (Mr. M G. Power) presented the prizes woi by members of the Waihi Amateur Swimming and Life-saving Club at the municipal baths. The principal prize-winners were as follow : — D. Pye—first in Natatorial Dive, 66yds Interclub Race, Medley Race, and Fly Dive, and second in the Novice Handicap; W. Moormeisterfirst in Neat Dive, 50yds Inter-club Race, and Inter-club Relay, and secord in the 66yds Inter-club Race; T. Lowe (Thames) —first in 66yds Inter-club Race and Inter-club Relay.; E. B. Wilkinson (Pacroa)— first in the 66yds Handicap and second in the 66yds Inter-club Handicap; J. A. Menzies—first in Long Dive Championship and Inter-club Relay Race. ONEHUNGA CLUB. CONCLUDING CARNIVAL. The Onehunga Swimming and Life-saving Club will hold its fourth and concluding gala of the season at the Albert Street Bath on Wednesday evening, March 25, when a varied and interesting programme will be submitted, including the following events :-r-Novice Handicap 36yds, Lang Handicap 36yds, Interclub Handicap 50yds, Rowe Handicap 72yds (for ladies), Bach Cup 72yds Handicap (for members of Post and Telegraph Club), Musical Lifebuoys, Neat Header, aad the Farewell Handicap 440 yds. An extra attraction will be the Rowing Club's Relay Race, 288 yds eight men a-side, for the Dr. Stuart Reid Challenge Cup, now held by the North Shore Rowing Club. Nominations close with the hon. secretary (Mr. W. Mprton) at 9 p.m. on Thursday next, at 7, Durham West, and at the old Library Building, Onehunga.
