An accompanist will be provided, but competitors may have their own. These Competitions are open to Amateurs over the age of 16. An amateur to mean " one whose income is not solely derived from the exercise of his or her ability as a vocalist or humorist." JUDGING. — A committee of musical gentlemen will select competitors to appear in finals; the public will then be called upon to select the three prize winners.
