PROPERTY SALES.

Twenty-five of the 97 Takanim Station Eistate allotments, offered for sale by Messrs. Smith and Halcombe yesterday, found purchasers. The land, which was described as consisting of choice building sites and farmlets, of from a-quarter of an acre to four acres in area, is situated 17 miles from Auckland, on the Main Trunk line, between Manurewa and Papakura. The sale attracted a good attendance, and the bidding was brisk. . The allotments disposed of were as follows :—Section 9, lr sp, £65; Section 11, la 2r, £235; Section 49, lr 19p, £57 10s; Section 50, lr 19p, £57 10s; Section 51, lr 17p, £80; Section 52, lr 13p, £60; Section 53, lr lOp, £60; Section 54, lr 17p, £57 10s; Section 55, lr 13p, £60; Section 56, lr lOp, £122 10s ; Section 67, lr 14p, £55; Section 59, lr 14p. £55; Section 60, lr 14p, £57; Section 61, lr 14p, £57; Section 62, 2r Bp, £120 ; Sectiorl 88, lr Bp, £60 10s; Section 89, lr Bp, £54; Section 90, lr Bp, £54; Section 91, lr Bp, £54; Section 92, lr Bp. £55; Section 93, lr Bp, £55. In addition, four other sections were disposed of after the sale, while inquiries were made for others. Messrs. Robt. C. Carr and Son sold at auction yesterday the house in Second Avenue, Kingsland, in the estate of Charles Reed, deceased, by order of the Public Trustee, for the sum of £390. Alfred Buckland and Sons sold by auction at the Haymarket yesterday, under conduct of the registrar" of the Supreme Court. 63 acres at Pukekohe East for £1900. , '$
