MARCONI REVELATIONS.

LORD MURRAY'S SHARES.

By Telegraph— Association—Copyright

(Received March 10, 9.40 p.m.)

London, March 10. Referring to the appointment by the House of Lords of a committee to inquire into the Marconi share transactions of Lord Murray while acting as Liberal Whip, Lord Lansdowne said yesterday that Lord Loreburn had joined on condition that the charges against Lord Murray were specifically formulated and the inquiry limited to these. The methods of the committee, he added, would be judicial, and both sides of the House desired Lord Loreburn's appointment.

Lord Crewe said that Lord Loreburn had agreed with him that the committee was unnecessary, but he nevertheless desired that if the committee was constituted it should be as strongly judicial as possible.
