PECULIAR ACCIDENT.
A BOY STRANGLED.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Tuesday. A boy named Horace Etchells, six years and ten months old, son of Mr. Arthur Etchells, of Wellington, met his death in a peculiar manner this morning at Normandale. He. when playing about a cart, got underneath it and bocame strangled.
