Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Eden Terrace Road Board in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred under Section 148 of the Road Board Act 1903, and all other enactments it thereto enabling at a Special Meeting of the Board, Jo be held at the Office of the Board. Eden Terrace, on TUESDAY, March 17. 1914. at the hour of 7.15 p.m., to make and levy the following Water Rates, viz. : — When the annual ratable value does not exceed £12 10s per annum, the Rate shall not exceed 10s per annum. Exceeding £12 10s, but not exceeding £20, at 7 per cent.; minimum. 17s 7d. Exceeding £20, but not exceeding £30 at 6 per cent.; minimum, £1 Bs. Exceeding £30, but not exceeding £50, at 5 per cent.; minimum, £1 16s. Exceeding £50, but not exceeding £70, at 4 per cent. ; minimum, £2 10s. Exceeding £70, at 3! per cent.
