DEATH OF A CYCLIST.

Wellington, Wednesday. A man named Thomas Sheehan was committed for trial to-day on a charge of " omitting to observe a legal duty, which omission did cause the death of Frank Revel!." The omission was the failure to carry a light on a cart Sheehan was driving, and with which Revell collided on Thursday night and was killed. Bail was allowed.
