CHINO GERMAN RELATIONS

Berlin, March 2. A number of wealthy and prominent men, under the presidency of Marshal Goltz, have formed --a ChinoGerman institute to improve the economic relations of the two countries, and to provide Chino-German commercial, technical and medical schools in the Far E*ast.
