MISSIONARY ARRESTED.

London, March 2. The Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs (Mr. F. D. Acland) stated to-day in the House of Commons that the British Consul at Koma had been ordered to San Salvador (Portuguese Lower Guinea) in connection with the Bowskill case. Portugal was facilitating all the inquiries to the utmost of her power.
