Strong leanings are still manifest towards the tight skirt, nevertheless the tailor-mades are simplicity itself, being mainly black with touches of white in the form of fine lawn turned-back collar and cuffs, suggestive 'of a widow's weeds. The most favoured shades' are golds, yellows, and fawns.
