PARIS SPRING MODES.
MOST FAVOURED SHADES
Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, March 2. The spring fashions in Paris show vigorous attempts to introduce bright colouring. Strong leanings are still manifest towards the tight skirt, nevertheless the tailor-mades are simplicity itself, being mainly black with touches of white in the form of fine lawn turned-back collar and cuffs, suggestive 'of a widow's weeds. The most favoured shades' are golds, yellows, and fawns.
