Be careful to mix xthoroughly milk before testing it for butter-fat, or the result of the. test will not indicate the quality of the milk tested. The ingredients used in carrying out the test must be accurately measured, or unsatisfactory results will be obtained. It is not a difficult matter to test milk for butter-fat when ordinary care is taken in performing the test
