Wellington, Wednesday. Although it has been generally understood that Mr. Diamond Jenness, of Lower Hutt, who was a member of the Stefan6son Arctic Expedition was safe, all doubt has now been removed. His father, Mr. G. A. Jenness, Lower Hutt, has received a cablegram from Ottawa, "Jenness safe."
