COLONIAL PREFERENCE.
Times-Sydney Sun Special Cable. (Received January 19, 5.5 p.m.) London, January 19. The Associated Chamber of Commerce has privately approached Mr. Harcourt (Colonial Secretary) and asked him to induce those dominions giving preference to Great Britain to place their . preference schedules in their tariffs on a uniform basis.
