Oovernment will not introduce the Naval Bill until assured of a majority in the Senate. The speech from the Throne at the fvning of Parliament disclosed the fart that the Cabinet is taking the stand that, if the Senate again rejects the Naval Bill, such action will serve only to deepen the tinfortun.it/- impression already made throughout the Empire and abroad.
