HOME RULE FUND.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received January 4, 5.5 p.m.) London, January 3. Tuc Home Rule fund at the close of 1913 totalled £20,210. Lord Willoughby de Broke, speaking at Dudley yesterday, said that those in favour of Home Rule should be prepared to fight for it instead of employing the King's troops to do their dirty political work.
