By 1 ; leeraph—Press Association Copyright. (Received January 4. 6.5 p.m.) Washington, January 3. The United States Naval Department has decided upon Pensacola Bay (Florida) as a naval and aeronautical centre.
The Naval Department niends developing t'-e service of hydroaeroplanes on an extensive scale. The question of the purchase of dirigibles is under consideration, but it is expected that the Department is likely to follow the British lead in deciding in favour of 5, •> planes.
