CELLULOID DANGERS,
"GREATLY EXAGGERATED." SALE OF TOY FILMS. Times-Sydney Sun Special Cable. London, December 10. Reporting on the precautions necessary for the use of celluloid, a departmental committee considers that the danger arising from films is exaggerated, but that the existing methods of storage are unsatisfactory. Systematic supervision of film stores is recommended, and it is urged that the sale of toy films'-to children should be prohibited. '
