The New Zoaland Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., report: — Wo hold a horse sale at Hamilton on Fri™J and Saturday last, when we suomittcd 58 unbroken colts and fillies, and 383 broken draughts and light horses. A good number of very fine quality young draughts were handled through the sale, but with fow exceptions the light horses were a weedy lot. and many were passed in. As usual young sound draughts wero wanted, and more could have been placed. Prices: draught three-year-old colts and fillies £26 10s to £10, medium £18 to £25. light Borts £7 to £12. broken heavy draughts £35 10s to £10, medium £26 to £32 10s. farm horses £16 10s to £23 10s, buggy horses £14 10s to £17 10s, saddle and harness cobs £8 to £12 10s, ponies £3 10s to £6, weeds £1 to £2.
