THE UNIONS AND THE SPECIALS.
Sir,— resolutions passed at some of tlio unions' meetings are too funny for words. 1 see that the Bootmakers' Union passed a resolution " demanding " the removal of all "specials." In all the union is there not one "sane" man to point out to them that they arc making themselves the laughing stock of the Dominion? Interested.
