MONEY WANTED FOR BRIDGE.

W.uhi, Friday. A meeting of members of tho Waihi Set- , tiers' Association was held last evening. The following resolution was carried:— 'That the association is extremely disappointed that no provision has been made ; 'On the Estimates for the Victoria Street Bridge, connecting with the south-western portion of the Waihi Plains Block, and respectfully urges on the Minister for 'Public Works tho necessity of having a 'vote placed on the Supplementary ' Estimates." .
