Noonan (Hamilton), £52 9s 6d; Maurice O'Connor v. H. C. Evans (Ponsonby), £6 4s; Walter. King v. William Gray (Auckland), £4 6s 7d; George Mcßride v. W. J. Dwyer (Auckland), £1 17s 6d; S. J. Flewellyn v. J. C. L. Panton (Hamilton), £37 10s 6d. CLAIM FOR GOODS SUPPLIED. The magistrate reserved his decision in the case in which Frank Winstone, an Auckland merchant (Mr. Stanton) sued Jerome A. McLennan, of Helensville, and Arthur Beaumont Boyce, of Cambridge (Mr. S. Lewis), for £50 4s 6d, value of goods supplied.
