COMPENSATION AWARDED.

[by TFLEGRAPH. — ASSOCIATION.] . '- j Wellington, Wednesday. Two compensation cases were heard at the Arbitration Court to-day. Margaret Chatworthy, whose husband died as the result of an "accident on the Wellington Wharf, was awarded £500 compensation from the Wellington Harbour Board. The Public Trustee, as administrator of tho estate of Lawrence Cogle, who died as the result of an accident at Otira, was awarded compensation from John McLean and Sons to the amount of £497.
