IRISH HOME RULE.

PROGRESS OF THE BILL. ARMS AT HAMMERSMITH.

By Telegraph.—Press Association.— London, June 9. In the House of Commons to-day Mr. Asquith (Premier) moved the second reading of the Home Rule Bill.

Mr. A. J. Balfour, who followed, moved the rejection of the measure. The division will be taken on Thursday.

Officers from Scotland Yard are watching a stable at Hammersmith, where packages of arms weighing 28 tons are stored.

Packages weighing 14 tons were previously removed, and the rifles, the story goes, that were shipped to Dublin and Belfast formed a part of the shipment.
