VESSEL MOVED SLIGHTLY.

Wellington, Wednesday. The secretary of the general post office has received the following message from the postmaster at Bulls: " The &ea is again, too rough to do much to the Indrabarah. The mooring line gave way last night, and the vessel moved about 70yds towards south, maintaining her relative position, but coming sightly in shore. Captains Rainey and Plunkett are away at present, arranging further operations."
