ARGENTINE SUBSTITUTED. BUTCHER PROSECUTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— London, March 27. The High' Commissioner for New Zealand (Mr. T. Mackenzie) is prosecuting: a butcher named Shanklin, on a charge of selling Argentine mutton as New Zealand mutton.
