MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
At the Magistrate's Court yesterday J orders for immediate payment, with alternatives of imprisonment, each order to be ( suspended for a specified period, were < made in the following judgment summons '> cases :— Bach v. R. J. Boach (Wellesley i Street West), £2 6s 7d; J. W. Davis v. < Charles Addison (Lower Hepburn Street), i £7 10s; William Bowden v. John Nicholson (Ellerslie)j £7 18s Id.
