BELGIAN RAILWAY FRAUDS
LATE MANAGER ARRESTED. By Telegraph.— Association.— Brussels, March 11. Wilmart, the late manager of the Ghent-Ter Neugen Railway (who is charged with being implicated in the frauds which were discovered in connection with the company in October last), has been arrested at Rheims.
