Bankrupt's statement shows his estimated total assets as £16, and his liabilities as £670 2a 6d, a deficiency o$ £ £654 2b 6d. Bankrupt states that he has „ been employed as a land agent for the. A past six years at Hamilton, Gisborne, and a finally Opotiki. In May, 1911, a firm of ir Auckland sharebrokers obtaineS judgment against him in the Supreme Court for e £520, and during the past year be has been - sued by various creditors, and judgments I, have been obtained for an aggregate amount _ of £100. For two of the amounts judg- £ ment orders were issued against him. Debt tor states that at present he is earning it, practically nothing, and is a married man. n He calculates the value of his household l 0 furniture, effects, and personal clothing at a not more than £20. A first meeting of creditors will be held at the courthouse, Opotiki, on Tuesday next, at 2-30 p-m.
