February 26, 9.5 p.m.) London, February 26. Crowds of people at Hull last nigh-; watched the airship (which was seen over Hornsea) for an hour. It then disappeared in a westerly direction. Other observers declare that the object was a planet. reports RIDICULED IN GERMANY. "JOHN BULL'S VISIONS/' (Revived February 26, 9.5 p.m.) Berlin, February 26. The German newspapers continue to make fun of what they term John Bull's long suspected powers of seeing visions. They point out that all the Zeppelin airships that are conceivably able to accomplish such a flight as is suggested to have taken place are few, and that they are all accounted for at various stations. The papers further express the opinion that if the Zeppelins contemplated an illicit visit to England they would hardly be likely to display bright lights. FRENCH AIRSHIPS ORDERED. 46 MILES AN HOUR. Paris, February 25. Seven airships, with a capacity of 20,000 cubic metres, and a speed of 46 miles an hour, have been ordered for the French Army.
