- DELEGATE TO A CONFERENCE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Blenheim, Wednesday. A Wanganoi delegate to the United Prf.-rhabite Conference, sitting in Blenheim, Mr. Westbrook, died this morning. He arrived on Monday evening, and was immediately taken ill, suffering from an :,ntemal complaint. He was removed to a private hospital, -where an operation was found necessary. It took place last evening, and the patient died this morning. His wiL. who was visiting friends at the Bluff, is now on the way to Blenheim.
