THE BRIGHT BELT.
There are many women who possess A note of vivid colour in the belt of v a costume otherwise all white is ,very generally liked now. Cornflower-blue and bright green are chosen more often, perhaps, than any of the other vivid tones, though in the popular narrow leather belts which are worn with any dress from lingerie to silk, scarlet and cerise are favourite colours.
